These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Melbit platform and all its services. By accessing the Melbit website or mobile application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Melbit acknowledges an error.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change before an event begins. The odds displayed at the time your bet is placed will be the ones that apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: Melbit reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

• Multiple Bets: Multiple bets on a single event are permitted; however, accounts may be reviewed if suspicious betting patterns are identified.

In live betting, odds can change rapidly. If your internet connection drops, your bet may not be accepted — Melbit will not be held responsible in such cases.

Melbit supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and more. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• For suspicious transactions, Melbit may request additional information.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.

Melbit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on your first deposit only. Each account is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds generally require 10–30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Bonuses that are not used within that time will be cancelled.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or betting markets.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed. Melbit reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Melbit platform:

• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Using Melbit for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic bonus abuse.

If any of the above activities are detected, Melbit may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and, where necessary, notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Melbit may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

You may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance can be withdrawn, provided the verification process has been completed.

Your information is never sold to third parties. However, data may be shared when required by law or upon request from a regulatory authority.

Melbit shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• Losses resulting from third-party hacking or unauthorized access.
• Withdrawal delays caused by incorrect information provided.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Financial losses resulting from betting activity.

Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.

If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, the matter will be escalated to our disputes resolution department. This process typically takes 7–14 business days.

All disputes shall be subject to arbitration by Melbit's licensing authority, and their decision shall be considered final.

Melbit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform.
